Peer Review process

Author submits (revised) paper through EasyChair

Initial assessment by the editor(s): ensuring that the paper meets the basic quality parameters, that it is sufficiently well written, that no plagiarism has been detected (Turnitin) and that it meets the aims and scope of the conference.

Editor(s) decision: desk reject or forwarding to the reviewers (at least two reviewers will be selected and a double blind review process takes place).

The editor(s) evaluate(s) the reviewers reports and notifie(s) the authors of his/her decision along with the reviewers; reports: Acceptance as is, minor/major revision, or rejection. Where appropriate, authors will be asked to revise the paper and resubmit it for further consideration along with a completed Authors Response Form.

The final decision of the editor(s) may be made after one round of revisions, but most papers go through at least one round of revisions before final acceptance. A revision is not a guarantee of acceptance.
